The FMTL holds two book sales each year:<\/p>\n
The Winter Carnival sale takes place on the Saturday of Winter Carnival in late February from 10-2 in the main lobby of the library. \u00a0Hot chocolate and cookies are served,\u00a0and maps of the Winter Carnival sculptures\u00a0are available. \u00a0Come in, warm up, and browse hundreds of books selected especially for this sale. \u00a0For this sale we emphasize childrens’\u00a0books, cookbooks, and lighter readings such as novel and books on hobbies. [more<\/a>]<\/p>\n Our larger annual book sale will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. April 6, 2018 for members (memberships are sold for $20 at the door) and from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. April 7, 2018 for the general public. The sale is held in the MUB Ballroom. [more<\/a>]<\/p>\n We also maintain a sale shelf just past the service desk in the library with a selection of recent fiction and bestseller books priced at only $1 for a paperback and $2 for a hardback. \u00a0Selection changes regularly, so come in and browse!
